You have to understand that methadone has been around for a long time. Consequently, the Pharmaceuticals company that had the patient on methadone lost it long ago. Actually I think it was developed during World War II because of the lack of morphine. They are very cheap so everybody under the sun manufactures it. With that being said it is important to know what size or how many MG. they are. Most have been 10 mg. but I think they still make the 40 mg. as well as the 5 mg.
