Experienced Professional body piercers will not pierce the tip of the tongue for many reasons all of them safety or health related. If a piercer is going to do that for you, they are not "professional" however they are irresponsible and you should question there ethics and other practices like sterilization and disinfection closely.

The tongue is two muscle complexes joined in the middle by connective tissue to form the tongue. The pain receptors are around the outside edge of the tongue to protect it from being bitten. Piercing the tip of the tongue will provoke heavy swelling and extreme pain and also lead to assured dental and gum damage which is irreversible without surgical or reconstructive dental intervention.

You need to use common sense when considering body piercings and don't get sucked into things you see on the internet. What you think you see is not always real, for years the industry has been plagued by photo op piercings, these are staged piercings that are offered for the viewers amusement and are not physically practical or possible with any level of safety.
