How can you make your sim have more then one baby?

As weird as it sounds, when my sim ate spaghetti she had twins. Once my sim was pregnent with one baby, then she sat down to have supper which was spahgetti, and when she go tup, her stomach got bigger, and it said that shes having TWO babies> Hope this helps!
