What is the difference between between snap on and blue point?

Aside from cost, Snap-On tools are made by or directly for Snap-On... Blue Point are typically tools from another manufacturer which are badge engineered for Snap-On under the Blue Point name, but which fall under the same warranty as Snap-On tools.
