What is meant by hardwork is a key of success?

We have to keep working hard towards a goal to be achieved in the long term. Without working towards it and without giving in your level best, there is a lot that has to be achieved.

But here we need to remember that it is more important to do smartwork than hardwork. Donkey work just taken more time and efforts, leaving you with lesser results. Thus more than the efforts, it is important to first form a strategy.
