Is there any way to up the Stock Rev-limiter on the new 2007 96cu in EFI Harley motors?

Iam having the same problem with my 2007 Electra Glide Classic it limits out at around 5200 RPM . When I asked my dealer what it should Limit at he said 5800 on the smaller bikes and 5200 on the bigger ones But to make a long story short they said that it could not be adjusted. So I had to purchase an after market preformance kit. that can be set higher. the cost for this was $475.00 plus labor and could be set were I wanted it. I personly think for the amount of money that we pay for these bikes Harley Davidson should give us all of the motor we paid for Fazz
