When you are on the internet it allways freezes what should you do?

When your computer freezes up, follow the steps below to attempt an unfreeze without rebooting it.

If your mouse works:

1. right click the taskbar at the bottom of your screen

2. Select Task Manager

3. Select a running application that shows as "not responding" and click "end task"

If you have to end explorer.exe, you will temporarily lose your taskbar and desktop icons.

To restart explorer.exe and regain your desktop:

1.

On the Applications tab, click New Task.

2.

In the Open box, type or select the name of the program you want to add, and then click OK.

Note•

New Task is identical to the Run command on the Start menu.•

If you don't know the name of the program you want to add, click Browse to search for it.

If you are stil unable to use your computer, press the restart button on the front of your computer's case, or press-and-hold until it turns off, then press again to start up.
