Why are Ukrainians so annoying?

I believe they are more pushy, than annoying. They aren't annoying if they keep their mouths shut. They have created several petitions on petitions.whitehouse.gov asking that the government take action against the Ukranian government. Unfortunately, they always put their noses in America's business. They should leave us alone.
