daily food requirement depends on several factors and cannot be limited to any three facotors however three factors effecting food requriment can be:-
1:- age,with aging metobolic rate decline age related loss in lean muscle mass hence reducing energy requirments for elderly .
2:-activity levels,higher r the activity level of person more is energy required by body hence more will be food requirement.
3:-gender,men any time have bigger structure then women.They are generally heavier then women with more muscle mass and also higher activity level then women hence mail have more more food requirement .
there are several other factors that may effect ones food requirments such as body type(mesomorph, ectomorph),body composition to body mass ratio etc
