Is Britney Spears dumb

The correction definition of the Word "dumb" is unable to speak. Britney Spears is quite capable of speaking and even singing. She is clearly not "dumb".

However, some parents might think otherwise because of the ridiculous decisions she has made in the past (e.g. shaving her head, etc.) and they think she has problems, so they might call her dumb for that.
