Are there any places hiring ages 16 and under in apple valley or eagan mn?

I tried to find places in Eagan that hire at age 14. There isn't anything but I became a nanny for a whole summer! Don't worry it wasn't every single day, I got some days off! But I made $1,197 just from probably 16 days a month! Hope that helps! :) <3
