Locate the lower radiator hose and follow it to the engine. At the end of the hose is the thermostat housing. I think its held on with 2 10mm nuts, remove them and pull the housing away from the engine. there is a small hole in the flat portion of the stat with a little steel "dumbell". Make sure that this hole points up (12:00), also install the new gasket around the outside of the stat, and dont forget to fill the coolant through the radiator when its all back together.
