How do you deal Texas Hold'em with blinds?

In Texas Hold'em, blinds are forced bets that two players have to make before the cards are dealt. The player to the left of the dealer posts the small blind, and the player to their left posts the big blind. The dealer then deals two cards face down to each player, starting with the player to the left of the big blind. The betting rounds begin after the cards are dealt.
