Were the rocky ridge farmhouse and the rock house the first 2 houses with electricity?

The first two houses with electricity where? In Mansfield? In Missouri? In the USA? The answer to all of the above is "no". In fact, Rocky Ridge was late coming to electricity. Rose had the "Rock House" built for her parents, and they moved into it at Christmastime, 1928. Rock House was wired for electricity from the get-go. Rose then moved into her parents Rocky Ridge farmhouse and redecorated it to her taste, as well as having it wired for electricity.
