Would chaga mushrooms from Siberia be radioactive from Chernobyl?

Siberia is the Eastern most part of what was the USSR. Chernobyl is in the Ukraine. Because Ukraine is almost the farthest west. These regions are separated by the Ural Mountains. Siberia would seem to be the best place in the former USSR to get medicinal mushrooms.
