What is a good haircut for an 8 year old girl?

I like the posh spice's hair cute; it is very cute! Her hair cut is called a pixie cut. It is very short though and might not suit an 8 year old. She needs something easy to look after too so I would say keep the length to her shoulders or under so that she can tie it up out of the way. You can have it layered a little too.
