Monkeys are omnivores. Although the majority of their diet is plant matter, they are not averse to eating meat, but don't normally go out and hunt it.

Your question is too general, there are many different species of monkey, some are herbivores and some are omnivorous, I do not believe that any monkey is entirely carnivorous.
