Yes. Lil Wayne and 2 chainz are brothers because they both look similar to each other and if you listen to their voices carefully they kind of sound the same except sometimes 2 chainz's voice is deeper sometimes...... and that is my opinion that 2 chainz and lil wayne are brothers
