When a guy refers a girl as a "Gummy bear" we take it more as a compliment, because it means that he sees us in a really sweet way, that we are like a candy that they like. That in some way, in a nice way, they would it us or bite us, because they think of us as something sweet and soft. A gummy bear is really sweet it comes in different colors, as well as girls.
