How do archer fish hunt?

Once they spot an insect within reach of its marksmanship, an Archer fish (Toxotes jaculatrix) will spit a small drop of water at the insect. They very rarely miss. The wet insect then falls onto/into the water where it is quickly grabbed and eaten by the successfull Archer.
