I am a pretty big fan of both ACDC and Pink Floyd and I have never heard the song. There is a song called "Balls to the Walls" by Accept. It is the new Guitar Hero song I read somewhere but I do not know if that is true.
The band that sang Balls to the Wall is Accept.
Also, I cannot see Pink Floyd authoring a song called "Nail your balls to the wall"
