I bought a new Toyota two months ago and have received no loan statements. I called Toyota Financial Services (TFS), the parent of Toyota Motor Credit, at 800-874-8822. With my social security number and zip code I was able to find my account number and make a payment over the phone using their automated system. It worked great.
