Why would the oil pressure light come on while driving in a 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport 3.7 then go off not to return once car turned off if the oil level looks good and is the right color when checked.?

sometimes if it has ever came on it the past it wont go off you can go too a delership and get them to reset the computer in it
