Who is J.R. Haacke and what is rapture of the saints painting worth?

The artists name is A. J. Haacke. The painting is titled "Rapture of the Saints". It was done in 1942. I bought one online for $35.00. It does have some water damage but but is still beautiful. I am looking for one in mint condition and would pay up to $75.00 depending on the condition of the frame.
