If you're asking if they're hard to recognize.... some of them are more widely known than others. Most people in the northern hemisphere have little trouble recognising Ursa Minor or Orion, but not too many can identify Cancer (which is, visually, mainly a rather dark patch between the more recognizable Leo and Gemini) or Ophiuchus (to which the normal persons's response is "There's a constellation called Ophiuchus?")
