To change the cabin filter on a 2008 Mazda 3, first, locate the glove compartment and remove the contents. Then, gently press the sides of the glove compartment to release it from the stops, allowing it to drop down. Behind the glove compartment, you'll find the cabin filter cover; unclip it and remove the old filter.
