Snails have a simple nervous system and limited cognitive abilities, so their problem-solving skills are not comparable to those of more complex animals. However, they can navigate mazes, albeit slowly, by using their sense of smell and touch to find their way. While they may not "finish" a maze in the same way more intelligent creatures might, they can learn to associate certain paths with rewards, demonstrating some level of learning. Overall, their ability to complete a maze is limited but not impossible.
