How do you get the bell clapper to ring?

You need to find the bell clapper which is in a secret room in the filing cabinet in the detention room. You need to put the stink bomb on the floor so the teacher will leave. The bell is in the middle at the top of the room. Go outside the school and go on the roof. You'll see the bell but it won't ring. Use the bell clapper and the bell will ring.
