How can you transform into a Dragon?

there are 2 ways number 1 is to be born a dragon and number 2 is to use a spell

because people believe dragons exist you have to believe its going to work if you want to be a dragon

drink glass of milk, then eat some pudding and have a bath after all that wait for blood and suck the blood off your hand then wait until midnight and you'll be a dragon.
