Who was the mother of Eris goddess of discord and strife?

Homer says she is the sister of Ares and so presumably daughter of Zeus and Hera.

Also there is a legend that she is the daughter of Nyx and sibling to Gods/Creatures like Thantos (God of Death, not to be confused with Hades) and the Fates.
