How did prayer help Saint Paul the Apostle overcome getting stoned imprisoned and long walks?

well since prayer is acctually comunication with god, the more you pray and listen for the answer, the stronger your relationship with god becomes. Untill you reach the point of, as the scripture says. I can do ALL things through christ which strenthens me. knowing that GOD has your back, and trusting in all of his leading creats a strenth within you that can only come from GOD.
