What is put into lipstick?

Lipstick is a combination of waxes, oils and colour pigments. Sometimes flavorings/perfumes are also added. Since the actual ingredients in lipstick vary so much, it's not really possible to be more specific than this. However if you want to know what is in your lipstick, it will either say on the box, or on the website of the manufacturer.
