What is the difference between flat worms and round worms?

earthworms have clitellum and roundworms dont. earthworms are from the member of phlyum annelidia and roundworms are from the member of the phylum nematoda. Earthworm's have 5 aortic arches(hearts) which roundworms do not ! :)
