You need to be healthy to enable your body to run efficiently. Your organs need nutrition to work properly, your eyes need proper nutrients to work their best. Your whole body needs nutrients for energy. Your Brain needs approximately 18 grams of fat per day to work properly, and for you not to get headaches. Your body needs water approximately .33 oz per lb of body weight. Without these things you will feel weak, tried, and you will have sore muscles. You need to be healthy to be able to help each other and to be able to live a long life. Unhealthy people get colds, infections, and disease easier then healthy people.
All in all it is up to you if you want to be healthy or not.
