Well if your talking about horizontal speed, it will never accelerate unless wind is a factor. As for vertical speed, the acceleration force of Earth gravity is aprox. 9.8 m/s/s. In other Words, after one second of free fall the fish is traveling 9.8 m/s, after 2 seconds it is traveling 19.6 m/s and so on. So you can figure it out from there.
