Why is Twilight saga romantic and horror and drama?

Well its romantic because its about a girl and a boy that love each other. So in BREAKING DAWN the marry and soon get pregnant with a half vampire half human. But about vampires mostly. But then this other boy falls in love with the girl. So love, fights and much more. is this ok?
