Does peachcare cover braces

Peachcare only covers braces if your childs mouth is really mangled up. My daughter needs them, from being kicked in the mouth by a play mate at the age of 5. It pushed the tooth bud back. She is now ten and peachcare said her mouth was not bad enough to fix. Well she wont even smile in a school picture now.
