What is a good replacement for cigarettes?

If your on a budget you can use cotton balls, lipton tea bags, and post-it notes.

First: Role a post-it note tightly around a pencil, licking the crease to keep it sealed

Second: Tear a piece off of the cotton ball and place it in one of the open ends of the rolled paper. This serves as a filter and the filler from falling out

Third: Pour the tea from the tea bag in the other open end and twist it shut.

Fourth: Light it up and enjoy. Blow out the flame if the paper catches fire it will still burn and smoke fine.
