How do you transform skids the toy transformer?

What i do is i go to YouTube and type in skids review and people review it and show you how to transform him. I do that with all my Transformers.

However, none of the videos found as of August 6, 2011, refer to this one: the Mechtech Transformer Autobot Skids, Advance Level 3.
