What would be the essence of English for us Filipino youth?

English language is one of the very important language that may be the filipino have. Language may be hard for other filipino who doesn't know how to use that language(any language ). English is one of the most used language in our country .This language is the most demanding actually .......(sorry 'bout that!) l Let's back to the topic. Well, the essence of English for us filipino youth is that we would understahd foreigners that come in our country to communicate with other people who doesn't know our language.
