Is the travel channels Adam richman gay?

In an advertisement for a weight loss product on a page titled "Every Day with Adam, he said "I'm a fourty [sic] year old father of three... I have myself back, my wife has his husband back, and my kids have the dad they deserve!" It appears that the pronoun his seems to have been used on purpose.
