Who sang Where were you when the world stopped turning?

Alan wrote it to describe what he felt when 9/11 happened. He didn't want to write an angry song like so many others did. So he wrote it and did not let anybody hear it until the awards a few weeks later. He got so many letters that were touching about how people did not commit sucide because of the song.
