Can you use a joint bank account in PayPal that is already used by your partner for their PayPal account?

No because they are too dense to figure it out

I have the same issue so I have to keep an old bank account open as I want to buy my own things without the wife having to grill me on "Why do you need that"

PayPal I know your are covering your butts because of either partner saying they didnt want that. block payment etc. They are losing money as people will say Ill go elsewhere.
