Eat lots of chocolate, in front of people. they will assume that you are eating lots of bad foods. crisps, cakes act don't work but chocolate acts as a natural laxative. two or three bars a day and you will start losing weight. Also coffee in a god send. caffeine is a diuretic and means you you pass much more hence weight loss. Your 5 a day really helps here. Have an Apple or something for breakfast, not bananas as they contain loads of sugars. An Apple a day keeps the dr away, but more than that, it will release natural sugars into you blood stream that will help you stay awake. if you can get away with not eating breakfast this is great but eating in the morning helps to quicken your matabalizilm. This all helps weight loss. having lists of low cal foods is good, but you need to check the sugar contence. most low cal foods have high sugar levels. have smaller meals with lots of salad. salad in nearly all water. not only does this reduce cal intake and less sugar intake but you will also need to empty you bladder more which means more wight loss.
The most important thing is to show everyone how much you enjoy eating. when people are around you, suggest going out for coffee and cake, if you have to have the cake go for chocolate cake. nothing with nuts. Nuts contain loads of protein and this will pack weight on.
