Generally, to increase weight and body size, you need foods with higher clorie content. This is still possible with a vegetarian diet. Many grains, nuts, seeds, oils, and beans have higher clorie contents. Most will also have high amounts of healthy fats and protein, which are essential to growing muscle. Some vegetarians choose to consume dairy, which means that milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, and such as still allowed. Some less-reestrictve forms of vegetarianism also allow the consumption of fish and eggs, bit great sources of protein ans healthy omega-3 fats and oils. Of course, in the unhealthy realm of things, cakes, candies, and pastries are also vegetarian if you are looking for high-calories foods with little or no nutritional value. The same can be said for things like French fries and Pizza.
