You haven't said for which platform you would like to 'make your sim feel better' on. I assume you mean on PC.The simplist way is to bring up the cheat box (Ctrl, Shift and C) and type in 'maxmotives'. Another way is to use the testing cheat. Again, bring up the cheat box, and this time type in 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true'. Now if you hold down shift and click on the letter box, then click on 'make all happy'.Both of these methods mean that all of the sims in that household get maxed motives. If you want to just make one sim 'feel better', you can use this slightly more complex process. You start the same as both of the above methods by bringing up the cheat box. Then type in 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true'. Now shift and click on any sim, preferablly one that hasn't got any things in their queue. Then click on 'spawn...'. To get to this you may have to click 'more' once or twice. Once you're on the spawn menu, click 'sim modder', this will be on the list of spawn things (which means you'll have to click on more to get to it). After clicking sim modder, a little baby will appear. Click on him (just an ordinary click, not involving shift) and click motives. Then there will be a list of things you can do. Click on the button that says something along the lines of 'Me (Sim Name). The click 'max' or something like that.
