What does minor mean in slang?

It is NOT slang.

Minor, means lesser, smaller, younger.

Its opposite is Major

Major ; means greater, larger, older.

They are both Words from Latin.

e.g. Two brothers in school would be described as 'Smith Major' , the older, and Smith Minor' the younger.
