This all depends on the level of anger. If you are just a little upset, you probably aren't going to swerve into a lane and kill somebody. On the other hand, extreme levels of anger are just as dangerous as drinking. Road rage is becoming more and more common. From shouting out obscenities to pulling out a gun to use on another driver, anger on the road needs to be reduced and stopped. Anybody can become a weapon if you let your anger become more important than driving safe. Don't put yourself in that situation. Just as you would avoid a drunk driving; avoid upsetting or provoking other drivers.
