What is causing my 95 seadoo spx to floods out when i shut the engine off for over a minute. ANY HELP?

does the engin has an elect. carb or fuel inj? either way you should have it serviced. but if it's the carb type, check for current @the carb. the carb is made to "shut down" at high idle. try reving it as you shut it off.
