How do you change the fuel filter on a 1990 Toyota 4 runner?

V6 or 4 cyl.?

4 cyl is under the intake manifold and can be done from the side and the tire wheel well. The V6 is under the car on the right side and needs you to crawl under the car to get it done. More specifics if I know the type of vehicle.
